Thanks Rachna for your wishes! Couldn’t agree more with your statement that rituals are given far more importance than they probably deserve. The essence is missed out in the process, which should move us forward than to bind us to an inflexible structure.

That was a thought provoking parallel .. I really hope we all walk in the right direction so that our faith does evolve into knowing the truth. Yes, we all will inevitably get there some day but how much we stumble and move around in circles is based on how consciously and thoughtfully we live.

I just wanted to say that, I am also a student who is studying in tenth grade this year. And I just felt like saying incidentally in our book we do have the proof of the Pythagoras theorem. My Dad also helps me in my studies like you do. 🙂

Sorry to inform you, actually my board is not CBSE. My board is our regional state board: Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE). So, none of our study material is available online. Therefore, I don’t have a link unfortunately.
But you are right about the fact that we were introduced the theorem back in Class VIII and the proof is given only now in Class X.
I am actually a regular reader of unreal times. I had first seen your posts there many months back. And since then I’ve loved most of what I’ve read of your posts. I will definitely let you know my opinion on your future writings. Thanks for your wishes.
